BCP wanted to create a more personal and approachable way to connect with their community. While they had strong digital platforms, many customers still saw banks as distant and formal, making it hard to engage on topics like financial education. The challenge was to break down that barrier and position BCP as a friendly, everyday companion in people’s financial journeys. They needed a digital channel that felt conversational and fun, where users could easily get tips, learn money-saving habits, and interact with the brand in a way that felt natural, not like a lecture or a sales pitch.
